PhotoGraphic Specialties does not allow anyone outside our company access to your name and address. We will use the information you send us to mail you the information you requested. We will keep a record of your information so that we may send you updated information from time to time. If you do not respond to one of our two to three mailings, we will remove your information from our records after approximately two years. If you send us a form with your e-mail and postal addresses, we will have your addresses, which we will keep on file in order to send you a response. If you do not order from us you will not get any further e-mail from us, and no one will obtain your address from us. We also are unable to determine if the information you give us is correct or not unless mail is returned as undeliverable. We can tell if you are using 16-bit or 32-bit software to access this site, and we can tell if you are using Windows, a Mac, Unix, or NT. We do not use this information, however.
There are other forms at this site, such as order forms, which do ask for more information, such as telephone numbers and credit card information. If you supply such information on those forms, we obviously will have it, but, again, we do not allow anyone outside our company access to your information. We only use the information in filling your order.
