When you begin to create a new slide in Persuasion, go to "File," "Slide Setup" in the drop-down menus. Choose "Custom" as the "Slide Type," "11.00 x 7.33 inches" as the "Dimension," and "Wide" as the "Orientation." The margins should be set to "0.3 inches" on all sides to remind you to keep things away from the edges. You can put objects outside the margins, and they will print, but the slides will not look very good with things too close to the edges. Plus, things very close to the edges will be cut off when the slides are mounted.
We have installed on our machine all the fonts which came with Persuasion 3.0 and 4.0 as well as with Windows, but you should let us know what fonts you have used in your slides, especially if there are any third-party fonts used in your file.
When you save your file, go to the drop-down menu in the upper left of your screen; choose "File," then "Save As," and save the file as a Persuasion 4.0 .pn4 or a Persuasion 3.0 .pr3 file.
To send a Mac Persuasion file, you should use Stuffit (from Aladdin Systems) to produce a .sit file instead of a .zip file, and then follow the instructions on the How to Order page.
