GUARANTEE
Our guarantee is very simple. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the quality of our 35mm slides. We strive to have the higest quality slides available, so we check our work before we ship it, but sometimes a defect is not obvious. If we have made an error, return any defective or damaged 35mm slides to us within 10 days and we guarantee to replace them for free as quickly as possible. If you have a quickly approaching deadline and do not have time to return the item, call us at 1-800-378-4433 or e-mail us first. Sometimes you do not have to return anything to obtain a replacement.
Please note that if you choose to have us not correct any problems with your file, re-imaging costs will be your responsibility if there is an error in the file. We can't guarantee your work!
